    TV programs influence almost every aspect of our lives. Whether a news program or TV series, the information we receive plays a major role in our daily life. (1) Besides, some popular social programs, such as "Where are we going, Dad?", bring positive energy to viewers.
     (2) On the contrary, viewers are influenced negatively by TV violence through crime news, war or violent TV shows. It has been stated that frequent exposure to violent shows leads to an increase in aggressive and violent behaviors.
     (3) Nowadays, TV viewers can choose from hundreds of programs in their full-color, high-definition, big-screen TV sets. There is no doubt that TV programs are significant sources of entertainment and education. Furthermore, TV programs give people opportunities to know other countries and learn about different cultures. But watching too much TV may lead to various health problems including obesity and weak eyesight. Therefore, viewers should limit the hours spent on TV programs and make an appropriate choice among various TV programs to avoid the negative effects.
