    Nowadays, the government is trying to help the general public, especially the college graduates, to change their mentalities about employment. The government helps to provide flexible and diverse forms of employment and encourages people to find jobs on their own or become self-employed.
    Self-employment of college students shows two facets. On the one hand, college graduates are full of innovative spirit, which is necessary for each self-employer. After more than ten years’ study, most graduates are knowledgeable. Besides, the government has established some favorable policies to support self-employment. On the other hand, as college graduates are lack of funds and practical experience, it is very hard for them to succeed in the short term.
    As far as I am concerned, self-employment is a good way to reduce employment pressure for the government. Moreover, it is also an opportunity for the college graduates to make their dreams come true and realize their personal value.
