    People nowadays have many different ways to name the post-90s, such as "Strawberry generation", "NEET" or "Sunflower generation", etc. Most college students today belong to post-90s, who have their distinctive strengths and weaknesses, compared with the former generations.
    On the one hand, post-90s are very optimistic and energetic. They are easily motivated and inspired by justice and fairness. On the other hand, some post-90s are capricious and self-centered. They usually focus on themselves without taking people around them into consideration. In addition, they will get depressed easily once trapped in difficulties. And some of them aren’t financially independent and have to rely on their parents.
    Compared with their parents and grandparents, the post-90s live in a more comfortable and developed society. I think they should make full use of these advantages to train themselves and develop into qualified young talents.
