    Along with the improvement of living standards, people are no longer content with being fed and clothed adequately. They are more concerned about how to enhance their sense of happiness.
    As far as I’m concerned, true happiness can be got in the following ways. In the first instance, true happiness comes from hard work. A student is very happy when he or she has gotten good grades in his or her examinations. Secondly, happiness is rooted in optimistic attitude. In our daily life, we will face a lot of problems, which may lead to setbacks. The only way is holding a right attitude and sparing no effort to overcome it and then you can find happiness. Last but not least, happiness comes from frugality. People spending money wastefully for satisfaction of their desires may suffer from poverty in the long run, so living a simple and content life makes one happy and cheerful.
    In conclusion, to achieve happiness not only needs the material but also the spiritual enrichment. It is very important to live a meaningful life. Therefore, try to live a simple and happy life.
