    Nowadays, as the living standards improves, more and more people come to be concerned about mental health issue. It is reported that the number of people committing suicide is on the rise, which arouses public attention on this phenomenon.
    The causes of mental health problems often vary from people to people. In our modern life, numerous people are suffering from heavy pressure which maybe comes from their work or life. Furthermore, some people have no way to express their feelings and uneasiness which leads to psychological diseases. More importantly, many people don’t know how to keep mentally healthy because of weak awareness of psychological health.
    Personally, for one thing, people should find some ways to release their stress such as doing some sports or some readings. For another thing, it is helpful to share your feelings with your friends or seek support and advice from a professional psychologist. By doing so, we will no doubt enjoy a happy life.
