    Chinese are known for their emphasis on education, however, as an essential part of education, physical exercise programs don’t receive due attention. In my opinion, physical exercise on campus is of great value for both individuals and society.
    First of all, college students are supposed to be physically healthy. Technical geniuses who are always ill might fail to live up to our expectation, no matter how intelligent they are. Secondly, physical exercise helps to cultivate positive attitudes, such as commitment, perseverance and self-confidence and the like. You might feel so contented after you push yourself to the limit and successfully pass the test of 1000-metre race. Thirdly, a student who is good at physical exercise is also energetic in his study, and the reverse is also true.
    In conclusion, the importance of physical exercise on campus should not be underestimated. We pin our hopes on college students to make our home a better place.
