This means drastic reorganization at both the departmental and corporate levels. During the week of October 5, we will be holding a series of meetings to discuss how best to arrange and implement this reorganization. Your input at these sessions is vital to our success, though I must warn you that our board will have the final say, and transfers to our overseas partner offices may be required of some of you.
