The increased traffic that ECV-12 will bring into it threatens to upend that balance. On the whole, though, environmentalists say they are pleased to see such serious investment being made in clean, renewable solar energy.

While reading, though, I did note a few issues I feel need to be addressed. For instance, you say the project will utilize photovoltaic solar technology, but this is incorrect.
