After reviewing the study results, we conclude that a large number of staff relationships with their senior mangers are increasingly casual, which corresponds to the nationwide trends of effective workforce relationships. Employees want and enjoy a co-working relationship view with their senior managers, preferring to be viewed as a colleague.
