Dear Mrs. Velo,
My name is Christian Lind, and I am Fly Entertainment’s Senior Marketing Director. A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege of becoming acquainted with you at the American Marketing Association Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. At the time, you expressed great interest in our in-flight entertainment system, but unfortunately I did not have a brochure handy with me.
