Your company is a wonderful source for hard-to-find books about Asia, and I would like to continue doing business with you. As a professor of Asian Studies, I am a frequent buyer of books dealing with all aspects of Asian culture and history and often recommend your store to my students. However, if we cannot resolve this matter quickly, I will have to take my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope that will not be necessary.
