In the written application, the applying entity must acknowledge that it will be responsible for all damages, fines, and lost books and other items checked out on the card and comply with policies.
4. To obtain a corporate card, individuals must apply in person at the Maxwell County library. Applicants are required to show photo identification and a letter issued by their employer for their employment.
With no exceptions, the corporate card must be presented upon checkout. Corporate cards will expire after one year, and reapplication must take place at that time.
