Message I purchased a software program at your shop on September 3, but I’ve been having some problems using it. I was able to install it successfully on my desktop computer. However, every time I use the program for more than five minutes, the operating system automatically shuts down and then restarts. The same thing happened when I tried using the application a second time, and it has continued to happen since. I cannot seem to figure out what the problem is.
