I used your company whilst in Colorado on vacation last week. I was really excited about my time on the mountains, and at $ 80, I thought that the activity was very fairly priced. However, upon arrival, I was told that too many people had reservations for that day and that the event was already fully booked. I was offered a place in another event as an alternative, but I decided to return to my hotel instead. I was so angry that I also left the free jacket that I was given with one of your employees. I think this is a disgraceful way to treat paying customers, and I demand a full refund immediately. I also plan to consult my lawyer with regard to further compensation.
