We will be doing some modeling and then let you try your hand at the phones. After lunch, we will review company policies as to what you can offer customers as incentives and perks. We wilt finish off the day with a speech by the company CEO. Starting tomorrow, you will be working on the phone banks with supervision. Lunch will be provided today.
