Ladies and gentlemen, today my presentation is to discuss how to improve internal communications within our company. Firstly, let me begin by explaining the business cases for better communication; secondly, I’d like to cover different styles and methods; and finally I want to finish off by talking about some of the basics we need to have in place to deliver good-quality, consistent communications across the company.
