Good evening. This is Bill Morris reporting from the channel 8 Sky News Helicopter. The roads seem to be running smoothly now. The roads were blocked for several hours early this morning due to construction along the highway. It looks like everything has cleared up after the morning rush. Fifth Avenue seems to be experiencing some congestion though, mainly due to minor construction. We suggest avoiding Fifth and instead taking Seventh, it could save you up to 10 minutes of travel time. Have a good drive and remember to drive safely.
