M: I was, but Jack asked me to stick around the office today. He said we are really understaffed, and he needs me to help answer some of the phone calls today. What’s up?
W: Oh, I was just on my way to talk to your boss about some of the orders we had received from you. We weren’t sure which of the orders you sent to us were more urgent. I wish you guys would do us a favor and jot something down on the order form. It’s not like we only receive a few orders, you know.
M: You’re right. It has been so hectic here that we didn’t give it a second thought. In fact, Jack mentioned something about that the other day. Maybe you should suggest putting something in to indicate the urgency of the orders in the form.
