Well,(87)the bad news is that exit 9 of the Jackson Highway is closed to commuters today in order to finalize the final paving. The highway department expects to reopen exit 9 for commuters tomorrow morning.(88)The good news for commuters and shoppers is that it looks like everything will be ready for the Vulcan Department Store to open in October as planned.
