W: Yes, I’m trying to book a Sunday flight out of New York. I want to get there for Monday’s opening ceremony and first day activities. Then I have to fly to Madrid on Wednesday to meet with a client. But you’ll stay at the fair until Friday, right?
M: Right. I was thinking we could fly out of New York together. I’ll actually be seeing an author in New York this weekend, so we could meet at the airport.
W: That would be perfect. I guess I can take the shuttle bus to the airport from Philadelphia. Anyway, I’ll have Lou in General Affairs reserve the tickets for us.
