This is Mary Webb with the traffic report. It has been raining heavily since late last night and some streets are starting to flood. Expect heavy traffic congestion on roadways leading to the Dayton business district. Southbound vehicles may take Highway 9, where traffic flow is light to moderate. Also, the City Transit Authority announced that repairs on Highway 39 will start this Friday and continue until Tuesday next week. Commuters are urged to use alternate routes.
