Good morning. My name is Susan Toa. I recently received some clothing I ordered from your company. Unfortunately, I noticed a problem with the contents of the package, and this disappointed me. | made my purchase by visiting the Bright Clothing Web site last Tuesday. I have purchased items from your company before and was previously impressed by the high level of customer service. However, after checking my invoice, I can see a mistake has been made. I ordered a T-shirt priced at $60 but received one costing $30 instead. I would like this problem rectified immediately, please. I have returned the T-shirt in the mail and would like the funds transferred to my bank account by the close of business today.
