Service Request — Maintenance Department

Hello, Mr. Levinson. This is David Wilson, the head of the Maintenance Department here at Stubbs College. I received your message asking why the tasks you assigned me have not yet been fully completed. You’ll be please to know that I’ve repaired the doors in the Science Department and installed a brand-new window in the administration building. The reason the other jobs are not done yet is that my assistant is out with the flu right now. He should be back at work next Monday, so we’ll get the painting and varnishing done as soon as possible. By the way, the sports hall is much larger than I had guessed, so I had to spend some extra money to get more materials. However, I’m sure the college will approve the extra expenditure.
