I should know how to arrange accommodation for the chairman, deal with correspondence and inquiry, receiving phone call. All these things are related to people. So I should have tile capability to get along well with people, including my boss, my colleagues and our clients. I am mainly responsible for public relations, so I believe I should be skilful at dealing with people.
