The purpose of leadership is to develop practical ways of implementing plans.  A leader’s vision helps provide a sense of security. We should not enforce our ideas directly. The manager should not enforce his ideas directly because different decisions of the group were fairly independent.  When you have a new idea, you can ask for help to experiment with them.
   b．Managers need to have the strong ability to coordinate team efforts, Coordination is crucial to work efficiency. The problems need to be tackled immediately. When managers come across problems, they should not have formal meetings because formal meetings do not suit the company’s structure. The leaders need to create high levels of co-operation. A good leader should try his best to bring out the best in his staff.
   c．A good leader wants it to be more challenging, so people can disagree with each other, but are united by driving the business forward.  He knows how to motivate his subordinates. He is not afraid to take the lead. He is also tactful and humble.

   e．The manager himself should perform well all the time and set a good example for his staff. A good manager makes a blue sky. That means that he should create a good working environment. People feel relaxed when they are at work. It doesn’t mean that they don’t have to work and just enjoy relaxation; it means that people feel spirited and happy whenever they come to the company.
   f．A good manager takes enormous pleasure and pride in the growth of their people. They can’t be jealous of their staff’s achievements or progress; on the contrary, they should feel happy from the bottom of their heart. A good manager also accepts blame. They should know that errors made by team members are in a very real sense their responsibility.
   g．A good manager should have many strong points. For example, he should first of all set a good example for his staff. Second, he should know how to manage people. When staff has done good work, he should praise them immediately. He should find some time to communicate with his staff to see where problems exist.
   h．A good manager should perfect in the performance of his duties.  He should have many good points, or the distinctive characteristics, such as being easy-going, modesty, good-tempered, committed, talented, competent, cooperative, considerate, honest, intelligent, and so on.  No one is perfect. However, perfection is what we strive for constantly in the business. We should try to bring something to perfect.
