答案     Candidate B: Well, doing a compulsory course is not that boring. It helps to make learning a" must" for you. I don’t see anything bad from it as it’s always good to learn.
    Candidate A: English training shouldn’t be compulsory for every employee. It’s not the case that everyone has to speak English at work, right? As is always said, necessity makes the deal. English training should only be provided to those who need it, and those who like it, of course. It’s meaningless to make it compulsory for everyone.
    Candidate B: Well, since we can hardly agree with each other on this question. Let’s move on to the second one. How to make sure that everyone can benefit from this program?
    Candidate A: The improvement of English depends on a joint effort. The trainers should provide chance for trainees to practice, as practice is of great importance in language learning. As for the trainees, I think they should try to apply what they learn to their daily work and communication.
    Candidate B: The management is also crucial. They should try to motivate the employees in every means, for example, provide some kind of bonus or "scholarship" for the excellent learner. They could form some teams and hold competitions between them.
    Candidate A: Yes, the employees would be motivated in that way. Then everyone would try to learn more and form a learning atmosphere in the whole company.
    Candidate B: So everyone get some improvement. Do you still think that this compulsory program is not good?
    Candidate A: Well, maybe you are right. Otherwise not everyone is trying to learn in the very beginning.
