A Advertising: how to measure the effectiveness of advertising
In my opinion, it’s really not so difficult to measure the effectiveness of advertising. The answer depends on what objectives or tasks are set for the advertisement. Here I will suggest some common indicators that can be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising. First, refer to the number of enquiries from the advertisement. More importantly, the number of enquiries converted into sales. Then resort to the sources that you advertise. There are advertisements on TV, magazines, newspapers, yellow books and webs etc. Web ads are the simplest of all to measure, as most tracking is automatic. Web-site managers can collect statistical and specific information about potential customers and their purchasing habits.
B Marketing: how to deal with customers’ objection
It’s very common for salespersons to meet objections from the prospective customers. First of all, I think, the salesperson should adopt a positive attitude towards customers’ objection. In my opinion, a good salesman should welcome objection. Because the prospective may be considering or thinking about his products and hence gives him a chance to give extra emphasis to the benefits of his products. Secondly, your response to objection could determine whether or not you make the deal. So you should explore the reasons of their objection and address the concerns and questions that keep them from acting on their interest to buy from you.
C Staff; top three qualities of an ideal employee
As far as I am concerned, I will put honesty and integrity in the first place. It is more than telling the truth. You should try your best to work for your company. It is immature to think that you can work less and earn more. The action of doing as little as possible while others make up the difference is not a likeable personality trait at work, at home, or anywhere else. Creative-ness is also very important. A good employee should not only follow the company’s traditional ideas but he should also make some differences for the company. Finally, a good employee must have positive and proactive attitude towards life and work, I think.
