Do you have any experience of working in the office? Yes, you can type very fast. But what we really need is someone who is capable of being good and accurate at expressing herself and taking good minutes of involved meetings. Besides, we need someone who is experienced. I think what you must understand is that to apply for this job, you have to know the system well and understand what customers need. They are quite important to our business. What’s more, you should be on good terms with people. And you can’t get on well with people if you don’t like them. So enthusiasm is quite necessary. Oh, by the way, you also have to do a lot of traveling. I hope your wife can understand it and will not have many of complaints.

In 2003, you handled budgeting, billing, and credit-processing functions for the Mexico City branch. For the job you are applying for, it requires the knowledge of using Excel and some other software to adjust accounts for fluctuations in currency exchange rates in addition to the knowledge of international finance. This is the basic skill required, without which, you cannot do much. I can’t find your experience in this field though your educational background is quite satisfactory. Actually we have talked with many interviewees, but not many have as good background as yours.
4  Your educational background in Psychology in St. Louis University is very helpful for this post because you can know what the clients think. And I am also interested in your achievements of arranging 2004’s week-long Arts and Entertainment Festival, involving performance of more than one hundred musicians and artists. You also supervised the 2002 PTA Halloween Carnival and raised ＄7,600 for the PTA. This is really not easy for a man at your age. For a position like this, we also need the potential employee to be serious about the job and see the job as something that can bring you credit. From the two recommendation letters, we can see that you have this quality.
5  Glender, your working experience as a clerk and then as an assistant personnel manager in a large department store has surely taught you how challenging a career in this field can be. This is a position in winch one should take every aspect into account. One is also required to be careful, enthusiastic, and experienced. He/She should know every employee well, for instance, their qualifications, abilities, educational background and even interests and their needs, and provide opportunities for them. In this way, the employees’ potential can be developed. But unfortunately, not everyone in this field knows this. I’m afraid that your working experience in this field is certainly not qualified at present. You have to work at least for 4 or 5 years before you can manage it.
