       At present, there are 12,000 employees in our company, including all the employees of all the overseas subsidiaries, branches.
      As the pie chart shows, employees with bachelor degrees account for 38% of the total number of our company s employees, employees with master degrees account for 25%, 12% of them have obtained doctorate, and 25% of them have master degrees of business administration. So it can be said that, generally speaking, the educational background of the employees of our company is very good. People with good university degrees may not be effective in doing business as expected. Therefore, we should consider the candidates’ working experience and their capability of doing business when employing new staff. It is also suggested that some senior managers with MBA have to improve their work efficiency by combining what they have learnt with the business practice.
