问题      You work for a car company. The bar chart below shows the sales volumes of cars in different price ranges last year in Europe and Asia.
     Using the information from the chart, write a short proposal for the marketing department.

答案     In this proposal, last year’s sales in Asia and Europe will be analysed and some suggestions on marketing will be put forward accordingly.
    In general, economical cars (priced lower than $10,000) sold better in Europe last year, while expensive cars ( $10,000 and above) were more popular in Asia. For cars priced below $3, 000, the sales volume was more than 5,000 in Europe, doubling its counterpart in Asia. But things went exactly the opposite with cars in the $10,000- $30,000 range-only about 3,800 were sold in Europe while nearly 8,000 in Asia. The sales volumes of the middle market were similar in the two continents (around 6,000).
    It is recommended that we focus on the section of the economical cars in Asia in the future and promote the concept of family cars in large cities in that area.
