    The proposal aims to set out various ways and possibilities available in order to improve our advertising.
    Ⅰ  SWOT Analysis
    As a result of a SWOT analysis, the following points summarise our main findings.
    Strengths
    ? We were the first major company in one sector to advertise.
    ? We benefit from a very high rate of brand recognition and therefore users remember our products by our slogan.
    Weaknesses
    ? Out of date. Despite being the innovators when launching our advertising, the information provided before is, in many cases, out of date(prices, phone numbers).
    ? Not user-friendly. The structure of our paper is very rigid, so potential customers do not have freedom of movement.
    Ⅱ  Suggestions
    We are advertising our high-end model in the same media as our other products. However, our target groups are business executives, therefore it would be advisable to place our advertisements in the Financial Times. We should also think about advertising in some business journals.
    We should change some aspects of our advertisements. It would be a good idea to have pictures with people in business related situations, for example in meetings or in the business lounge at the airport. We should mention and also focus on some key facts which are important for business executives. We should mention that we implemented every standard of mobile communication and that our phones can be used everywhere in the world.
    Ⅲ  Conclusion
    Most benefits have been explained above, however, we strongly recommend to carry out such improvement as soon as possible.
    This might be possible either by training our in-house marketing team on advertising and management or either by contracting advertising designer specialist. We could highlight the fact that we must keep up to date with any legislation regarding data protection.
