Introduction
The purpose of this report is to investigate the current conditions of computers to make them serve our jobs more effectively.
Findings
Our jobs currently are not as effective as they used to be, after an investigation to the staff, we found the reasons. It seems that some of the computers are just too old working well, for example, some are so slow that it crashes when many programs are running, some have no CD-drive and thus can’t play DVDs, and others have a poor display card that can’t be used for designing jobs. All of them together have great influence on our jobs, and must be solved in no time.
Conclusion
Therefore, we find all these problems have great influences on our work, and must be solved in no time.
Recommendations
As a result, I strongly recommend that some measures be taken to help increase our work efficiencies. First, some of the computers that don’t have good display card can be allocated to those who don’t do design works and seldom browse pictures. Second, some of the computer components that still works well can be used to reassemble new computers. Third, some new up-to-date computers should be bought for those who need computers much for their jobs.
I believe with these measures taken, the staff can work more efficiently and there will be less loss caused by the crash of computers.
