A: Good suggestion! I’ll contact the college for accommodation. Besides, we still need to confirm the syllabus for the marketing management training course. The business college has sent me the draft and they are looking forward to our feedback and together we can make a more customized training course. The group of this training course is composed of experienced staffs who are all business majors. A: Definitely. I’ve emailed the syllabus to the group leader and they will send me back with their opinions. The final draft would be worked out a week before the training course.
B: Have you confirmed the dates of this course? We also need to make proper arrangements for those absent staff. For example, their work must be assigned to other colleagues, or perhaps we find people to take their places temporarily.
A: The final dates are not set, but the college wants to make it next month because they have a tight schedule this month.
B: OK, our team is quite flexible on that. However, some team members don’t want to take the training during their weekends, because they hope to spend time with their families... You know, they’ve been busy and working under a lot of pressure.
A: I understand that, and we will arrange it in the weekdays. It’s like a getaway from work. By the way, the college has a beautiful campus and they’ll feel refreshed after the trip.
