答案 Firstly, I think indicating the problem plays a very important role. The target employee’s awareness of his mistakes decides his attitudes towards your censure. If he thinks what he has done is perfect without flaw, he would not accept your criticism with a sheer willingness.
What’s more, analysing the reason to the employee is another important factor. As we usually said, knowing yourself as well as your enemy: therefore, telling them the reason is necessary. In the future, he will know how to nip trouble in the bud.
Finally, proposing requirements is also indispensable. If the crisis is not so serious, the urgent remedy may reduce the loss to the minimum. What’s more, the employee has a chance to rectify his mistakes: therefore, his motivation will be stimulated.
