答案 When falling behind the schedule, the first thing we should do is to find out the root cause of falling behind. Then draw a lesson from this, replan the rest of schedule in detail, and try our best to meet the schedule.
Secondly, it is inevitable to organise employees’ overtime working. At the same time, motivate and encourage them to improve their efficiency, and make concerted efforts to meet the schedule.
Finally, we have to give up the old plan and design a new one if we fall behind the schedule too much. Obviously, falling behind too much has proved that the old one is somehow unreasonable, so we should abandon it firmly. Though a little risky, it is really the only way to meet the schedule again.
