答案     I’ll say something on the first topic, "What is important when writing a resume?"
    On the one hand, a good resume requires a clear statement of your abilities. In this way, the employers could see whether you are the one they need. You could illustrate your abilities by enumerating the relevant past work experience, and employers could analyse from it.
    On the other hand, clearness is also crucial for a good resume. Some people are inclined to put as many things as possible in their resumes. The result is that their resumes are just in a mess. In order to evade such a situation, practical and efficient patterns should be adopted. In this way, candidates can give the employers a clear picture of both themselves and their career.
    Honesty is the third thing I want to mention. In daily lives people are expected to be honest and faithful. In terms of writing resumes, more importance is attached to that quality, because even if a person succeeded in the first round of the recruitment process by counterfeiting his resume, he would fail when finally facing the HR staff or the manager.
