M2: Good morning. This is Nick Lee from Mosan Carpet Company. M-O-S-A-N. Mosan Carpet Company.
M1: How can I help you, sir?
M2: I’m ringing to let you know about a problem we have with some heaters which we purchased from your company.
M1: What’s wrong with them, sir?
M2: Well, four of the twelve heaters we bought were cracked. None of the heaters is adequate for a large office, and they’re all very noisy. In fact, the noise from the heaters often makes it difficult for the office staff to concentrate on their work.
M1：What type of heaters are they?
M2: They’re fan heaters: Model Number: 967C.
M1: Are they quite old?
M2: No, they aren’t. We bought them on November 15th—less than three months ago. We’re not at all happy with them and we’d very much like to change for a newer model – the model which came out last month.
