There’ll be three of us and we’d like to leave around seven tomorrow evening. We’ll be returning the following day round about the same time. The accommodation has already been taken care of.We’re all non-smokers and I’d like a window seat, please.

There’ll be quite a few of us so we’ll need a large table, let’s say about 30, though I’ll phone near the time to confirm that. Could we have the usual refreshments on the table--bottled water, fruit juice, etc.? A tea served mid-morning, please. And we’ll be breaking for lunch at one.
