Man: Hello, my name is Clifford White. I’ve booked a one-week marketing strategy training course for my company.
Woman: Right. You’ve booked that course for ten people next week.
Man: Yes. But I need to change the time. Because of the sales season drawing near, we do not have the time to attend the training course. Do you know when it’s running again?
Woman: Well. Let me have a look. Not until the twelfth of December, I’m afraid.
Man: Oh, I don’t think it works for us. We must be busy then.
Woman: Well. How about changing a training course? You know, we offer several courses about business. We have a training next month about building team spirit. It is quite interesting. And a customer service course tomorrow, but it lasts only for 2 days.
Man: Thanks. But I cannot make the final decision. I have to ask for my department manager’s advice.
Woman: Fine.
Man: So are you sure the class is running again until the twelfth of December?
Woman: Yes, I am.
Man: All right. I’ll talk to my manager first, and I’ll call you back then.
