Woman: Certainly, Sir. We have three conference rooms for 200 people and two big dinning halls that can hold 300 people. All of them meet your needs.
Man: How much are they?
Woman: The conference room is ￡700 an hour. The dinning hall is free. You pay according to the meal you order. We have a wide range of dishes, drinks and desserts for your choice. ￡36 per person.
Man: It sounds good, but I’d like to have a look before I book. I want to make sure the conference room is spacious and well-equipped.
Woman: All right. When will you come?
Man: Around 10 o’clock tomorrow morning.
Woman: OK, I got it. Our receptionist will show you around.
Man: Thanks a lot. Bye.
