Receiving the ads, I visited two places, one in Kent Center, the other in new block, The findings are as follows:
   The place in Kent Center contains many empty units, but its office space is narrower, its office building is 15 years-old and in bad repair; while the one in new block can supply with a modern and fully air-conditioned office building with 1000 sq. metres more space.
    The Kent Center is too old and its car parking space isn’t enough for us; while the other can provide us narrower yet sufficient warehousing space, with much larger car parking spaces, where there is good access to motorway, and it’s quite near to the city center (8km). Therefore, I prefer the one which is more expensive the one in new block. It is really worth while.
