    Thank you for your letter about the installation of your new monitoring system in our offices. Firstly, we would like to know how long it will take for you to finish the installation work. I also noticed that you would start the work on Friday which was a working day. I am wondering whether you could rearrange your installation during the weekends so that our staff’s work won’t be affected. I know this request would bring you some trouble but I’d be very grateful if you would consider my suggestion.
    Concerning the maintenance service, can I get a price sheet of it? Besides, we hope to have our own staff take charge of the regular maintenance, which is convenient for both of us. Does your company offer such training plan and what is the estimated cost on that?
    As for our further contact, would you please give me the name and phone numbers of your local technical representative?
