答案 The purpose of this report is to show the results of our recent customer survey.
Firstly 70% of our customer found our staff unfriendly. This should be no longer the case, because new training for the staff will start next month.
Concerning our product range, we have to improve our diversification, because 38% of our customer found it poor. We should add some new products like Hi-Fi and electronics.
Regarding the opening hours, customer found it very good. The reason is that we are now open till 9pm every day.
Concerning the parking we are progressing quite rapidely with the construction of the new parking area, so this would be no longer a problem, and in the same time the new store layout should be ready next month.
In conclusion, we are on track with all our project.
