    Thank you for your letter dated 15 March regarding this year’s staff’ outing to Margate.
    I am pleased to confirm that your quotation of ￡280 for providing three fifty-four, seater coaches is acceptable. We certainly appreciate that you have retained last year’s price for this outing. Please reserve one of these coaches for non-smoking passengers.
    We would like the coaches to depart from our company car park at 7 a. m. , and leave Margate at 5 p. m. for return to the company car park. A light refreshment stop halfway on both journeys is an excellent idea, as it will be good to be able to take, say, a 20-minute break.
    Thank you once again. All our employees are very much looking forward to our day trip, and we are sure your coaches will ensure a comfortable journey. Unless you have any queries, we will expect your coaches to arrive at our company car park on Saturday 2 April for departure promptly at 7 a. m.
