   The new platform will 【C7】______  communication between Chilean municipalities and foreign communities as well as 【C8】______  and companies.
   The 【C9】______  includes content and platform management, audio, video and web conference functions, 【C10】______  translation and interpretation, some e-commerce capabilities and online 【C11】______ .
   "By choosing a well-known partner, VideoArch aims to establish a world-class center of excellence for 【C12】______  communication. In this way we will be able to build and administrate a communication 【C13】______  between Canada and Chile," VideoArch president and Coo Dean Gendron said at the press conference.
   VideoArch has gained experience in the video conferencing field through projects such as communications between 【C14】______  and judges, as well as transmission of 【C15】______  council sessions.
