M: Also, I gave them a guaranteed response time -- at the moment they have to wait up to 24 hours for an engineer to visit, I promised they wouldn’t have to wait more than 7 hours if they chose us.
F: OK, is that everything?
M: Almost. Payment terms -- I didn’t negotiate on these. Their current supplier only gives twenty days, so our usual 25 is already much better.
