问题            How to approach Writing Test Part Two
•This part tests your ability to write longer letters, Faxes and emails.
•Read the instructions carefully and underline the four points you must include in your answer.
•Write down a useful phrase you can use for each point.
•Write your answer. Tick off each point in the instructions as you include it.
•Make sure you use an appropriate opening and closing For the letter (e.g. Dear Mr  ....  Yours sincerely).
•Check you have written your answer in 60 - 80 words.
•Read this part of a letter from Maggie Smith, a conference organisen
   I am writing to ask you if you would be prepared to give the opening speech
at the ’Marketing World’ conference.
   The conference will be held at the Seaview Hotel in Brighton on 29-30
November. The opening speech is scheduled to begin at 19.00 on 29 July. You
may speak on a topic of your choice.
•Write a letter to Maggie Smith:
   •agreeing to give the opening speech
   •proposing a topic for your speech
   •requesting the equipment you need
   •asking about payment.
•Write 60- 80 words.
