As you know, we regularly use the Station Hotel in London for business meetings. However, some clients have recently complained about the business facilities at the hotel. We would be grateful if you could give us your opinion.

     Thank you for your fax. I’m very pleased to stay in your hotel. The service in your hotel is very good. But the business facilites, in the hotel are: less professional than others;: And some equipment is in shortage. But I think it still as room for improvements.
This time I am going to stay in Great Hotel in the city centre due to the venue of the conference is in downtown.
   And I will accept the company car you offered. I am looking forward to see you.

     Im reference to your fax, the Sation Hotel is not bad, but the Palace Hotel is better. The problem of the Station Hotel is that the conference room is too small and there aren’t enough suports to do a presentation. Also the staff is rude.
The Palace Hotel is more for business people and they have a great conferance room.
It would be fantastic if a company car can pick up me at the airport on the 28th August. At the time I’ll arrive it’s difficult to find taxis.
