   Nowadays, space research is one of the most important explorations in the scientific field, and a large budget is submitted every year. But some people hold that the government should not spend so much money on space research. They believe that space research is a waste of energy and money, because there are so many unsolved problems on the earth, such as environment pollution and the wars in some parts of the world. More people, and more countries need those limit resources more than space research, and this sum of money should be used on the poor, illness and economic development rather than space research.
   However, some people argue that we should invest the space research. They believe that with space technology we may predict nature disaster more precisely such as weather, earthquake and flood. Also, the problem of "population explosion" can be solved smoothly if we can find another planet that fits people to live, and then people would live more comfortably and freely there. In this sense, they believe that the research is worth the money.
   As for me, I think it is necessary for space research. We should not see it with short sight, and the money is worth investing, as it will finally benefit us.
