答案                       The Expanding Education
    In recent years, universities and colleges in China have been expanding their enrolment. For one thing, it indeed largely improves the quality of the population and provides more and more high-tech, skillful and competent manpower for the development of our country. However, this non-controllable expanding has already result in variety of social problems, such as lack of working opportunities, over-educated or unqualified and arising of dissatisfied passions.
    First, the expanding of education would largely increase the number of population who engaging in high-level educations, but the society does not need so much job hunter, and it would be sure that some of them would become unemployed man when they just come out of the college.
    Second, the expanding of education partially decreased the quality of education, and the studying process would be accompanied with future expecting, industrious, addict oneself to game, lack of experiences, etc. all of which are the phenomenon that exist in the modern colleges, and which would result in the incompetent of the employees.
    In conclusion, the factors mentioned above are the advantage and disadvantage of expanding the enrolment, I think the best solution to the problems should be a comprehensive evaluating system, and tutor system which would be conducted in the colleges, it would urge the student to study hard in the field that would be helpful to the society, and study with direction which would guarantee that they are suitable to the vocational market. Further more, the government should try their best to create more position to meet the needs of the jobbers.
